When: Both events start at 10:00 am on November 28, 2009Where: St. Luke School on Washington Road in Barrington Distance: 5K Run/Walk and 1.5 Run/Walk Course:Fast course on paved roads Entry Fees: Adult: $15.00 (received by Nov. 24, 2009); $20.00 (after Nov. 24, 2009) Child (14 and under): $10.00 (received by Nov. 24, 2008); $12.00 (after Nov. 24, 2009) Age Groups: 5K: U-20, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+ 1.5M: U-15, 15+ Teams: There will be a team division where the top five finishers in each team will score. The team can be any size and gender mix. Team entries must be received prior to race day. Schedule: 8:00-9:30am: Registration in the School Gym (including number and shirt pick-up for pre-entries). 10:00am: Race Start. 11:30am: Award Presentation in the School Gym. Awards
5K: 5K - $100.00 cash prize to the top overall male and female finishers. In addition, prizes to top 3 male and female finishers in each age group. First place - $50 cash. Second and third place - merchandise prize.
1.5M: Trophies to top 5 male and female finishers, medals to male and female finishers 6-10 in U-15, and trophies to top 3 male and female finishers in 15+. All children registered receive ribbons. Teams: Trophies will be awarded to top 3 teams. T-Shirts : Short sleeved t-shirts guaranteed to the first 700 entries received. Results of the 2008 Race and the 2009 Race. |
